  # Reset password

Forgot your password? Here’s how to recover it.



  

  You can access the myForster customer portal using a process called Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO lets you sign in with your personal or work email address and the matching password. In many cases, these are the same login details you use to access your PC.

Once you are signed in, SSO allows you to move between applications more easily without entering your email address and password again each time.

**If you forget your password, we cannot reset it directly for data privacy reasons.**
However, we can still help by:

- Checking if you’re still registered in our system
- Reviewing your recent login attempts to identify possible issues



  

 

 ##  What actions can you take? 

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unsure which one to use, click **Forgot my password** and follow the steps provided (see screenshot).
